Sol is the bilingual AI receptionist that answers every call in English and Spanish, 24/7, books the appointment on the spot, and texts a human when a human is needed. For small business owners whose phone rings more than anyone can answer, where every call that hits voicemail is a customer who books with the competitor, Sol Reception is the bilingual AI receptionist that answers every call in English and Spanish, 24/7, books the appointment on the spot, and texts a human when a human is needed. Unlike answering services that cost double and read from scripts, and English-only AI that hangs up on a third of your market, Sol picks up in the caller's language on the first ring, sounds like someone who works there, and backs up your team instead of replacing anyone.
