We had to add the logo to our school's webpage and write a comment on social media referring the software to get a 1 year license. I introduced SoGo Survey to a few of my students and they all quickly learned how to use it and send a questionnaire out to all 600+ students from our school. We used Google Forms before, but this is professional and the most important thing for us was that we can add e-mail addresses of recipients and that every recipient has only one vote. With Forms this is possible, but only with a Google account, but schools mostly have their official e-mail adresses for students and that's exactly what we needed. Also, sometimes the actual infrastructure of this software is that it can be limiting in terms of using different questions but it can be difficult to set up the right scenarios for that. This software where it brings in lot of working efficiencies in approaching the users and clients and gathering feedbacks also have some negative points related to it. The cost to run off campaigns is significantly higher than any other platform. It lays a massive burden on the different campaigns at a time. Also , in the meantime when you run several survey campaigns at a time , the things gets disturbingly mingled and we aren’t able to distinguish between different analyses results. I really like this platform, being one of the most powerful in the market, but in turn it is one of the easiest to use thanks to its very simple user interface. The biggest feature I wish that I could have in the product is the ability to export shareable links to the surveys that have been completed.
