Help is instantly available, no matter how trivial or hard the question is. I use SoGoSurvey at my school. SoGo Survey offers a free education license for the Plus package. We had to add the logo to our school's webpage and write a comment on social media referring the software to get a 1 year license. I introduced SoGo Survey to a few of my students and they all quickly learned how to use it and send a questionnaire out to all 600+ students from our school. We used Google Forms before, but this is professional and the most important thing for us was that we can add e-mail addresses of recipients and that every recipient has only one vote. With Forms this is possible, but only with a Google account, but schools mostly have their official e-mail adresses for students and that's exactly what we needed. Immediately after signing up for SoGoSurvey's free account, we received a welcome email from Mena Yousef who offered us a 15 minute consultation to learn more about our business needs (definitely not something we get from other platforms). We agreed to the consultation, and were really blow away by how friendly and helpful he was. No sales pressure at all. This software supports a whole load of features accompanied by efficient series of templates and automation of procedures. SoGoSurvey gathers feedback in user-friendly ways showing and attracting the audiences towards the questionnaires in quote effective ways. Followed by a number of templates and designs which can also be customised according to the requirements of the users or serving the purposes of the survey campaigns. It on the whole, analyse the whole data and shows the complete response in the form of charts and conceivable ways which can easily understood. What do you dislike about Sogolytics? This software where it brings in lot of working efficiencies in approaching the users and clients and gathering feedbacks also have some negative points related to it. The cost to run off campaigns is significantly higher than any other platform. It lays a massive burden on the different campaigns at a time. Also , in the meantime when you run several survey campaigns at a time , the things gets disturbingly mingled and we aren’t able to distinguish between different analyses results.
