What i like about Softworks is the fact that its designed with the powerful features that comes with the software to enable an employer to get real time reports on absenteeism, number of days and hours attended, overtime worked, employee shift scheduling and holiday and leave management. Other impressive features that come with the software are; 1. Time and attendance data can be collected using various sources such as Bio metrics, smart card readers , magnetic stripes, computerized time sheets or even by use of proximity sensors . 2.
