Many at times in my line of duty as an IT Consultant I have urged my clients to use Softworks as a solution for managing and effectively tracking employees time worked. What i like about Softworks is the fact that its designed with the powerful features that comes with the software to enable an employer to get real time reports on absenteeism, number of days and hours attended, overtime worked, employee shift scheduling and holiday and leave management. Other impressive features that come with the software are;

1. Time and attendance data can be collected using various sources such as Bio metrics, smart card readers , magnetic stripes, computerized time sheets or even by use of proximity sensors .

2. The software generates real-time graphical reports

3. Has room for 3RD Party software integration with software like Microsoft dynamics, Sage, Oracle, Ultimate and many other softwares.

4. Mobile user Support

Softworks is also designed to work in organizations of any kinds ranging from SME's, Public sector Institutions, Schools, Heath sector, Financial and retail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although Software works is an extremely handy solution, It requires a lot of resources to purchase and fully implement. Small or organizations with low funding might be slightly disadvantaged when it comes to this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a flexible,effective and efficient software which is used in industries like healthcare,manufacturing, public sector and many others.It provides integrated solution such as ERP, event scheduling and absence management, and time and attendance management. It has a self service mobile app that enables the employees to check schedules and record their own attendance time, request holiday and other activities.It provides clocking option, bio-metric,proximity pin clocking email time sheets and others that provides employees availability information.
