Be it expert opinions or reviews it has rich information. **What do you dislike about SoftwareSuggest?** There is a software review and reward feature in software suggest, in my opinion it is one of the worst kind compared to it's peers. I wrote a review regarding SAP on this platform but my experience was really poor. **What problems is SoftwareSuggest solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Software suggest mainly to find softwares which I could use in pharmaceutical industry. But, I think it does need to improve in the inventory of softwares it has pertaining to pharmaceutical industry. It is lacking a lot of needful softwares. ### 4. It provided us the genuine leads for our product who has genuine interest in getting our software. **What do you dislike about SoftwareSuggest?** There should be an option to let the leads book the meetings at the same time intead of just giving the contact details. It will help us to bring that customer in to the bottom funnel. **What problems is SoftwareSuggest solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was helping my company to get the genuine leads for our software which is listed on SoftwareSuggest platform. This is similar to what G2, Gartner, Trust Radius are doing. However, the focus seems to be help medium and small scale vendors as well. **What do you dislike about SoftwareSuggest?** 1. SoftwareSuggest portal is missing some essentials like a reviewer's dashboard. 2. And when you expect to see the reviews by tapping on a vendor's name, you get redirected to the service provider's website instead of reviews section. 3. User experience needs to improve. For instance - the design is not inituitive and you will notice spelling mistakes in the questionnaire such as "Implimentation" **Recommendations to others considering SoftwareSuggest:** SoftwareSuggest needs refinement on the way they gather reviews, aggregate them for the market etc. Using it in conjunction with other similar platforms may be ideal. **What problems is SoftwareSuggest solving and how is that benefiting you?** For startups and small-scale companies willing to invest in software, value of money and low initial costs are critical. SoftwareSuggest is helping vendors gain the visibility and for buyers to make an informed decision. We will also notice that majority of vendors on SoftwareSuggest are from certain Geos. This may or may not be a business strategy. However for a buyer, having a global pool of vendors to choose from would be better. ### 8.
