It is built so that routine CRM work can run without someone driving it. The product connects to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT through the Model Context Protocol. That lets an assistant work across the CRM and your other tools in the same session, instead of you copying context between them. Customer context sits on one page. Interactions, emails, meetings, notes and reminders for an account are held together, so anyone picking up a deal has what they need without opening four tabs. The same records can be viewed as a table, a pipeline or a calendar, and you can add custom objects and fields without bringing in a consultant. Autopilot handles the follow-ups and reminders that usually get forgotten. It previews what it intends to do before it acts, so automation does not run unsupervised. Adding contacts and companies takes one step rather than several. SoftSync AI links contacts, companies and deals automatically and pulls details from company registers, accounting systems and email, which cuts the manual entry that makes most CRMs go stale. It connects to email and calendar, offers a REST API, and ships an MCP server for teams building their own workflows. Both paid plans run the full CRM with the same core features from day one. What changes between them is workspace capacity: team members, groups, records, mailbox connections and monthly usage. Data for US customers is held in the US, and stored information is not used to train AI models.
