The need to provide both contracted and dynamic (API) products and services to customers, making it possible to deliver both rapidly and easily 2. The need for Tour Operators to have a custom reservations process and flow via the Softrip API 3. It seems quite modern and is straight forward to use. Further, it does not take long to familiarize yourself with its basic functions. **What do you dislike about Softrip?** I would prefer better messaging functions or improved ways to store communication in the respective bookings without it looking too crowded too quickly. **Recommendations to others considering Softrip:** Take time getting used to all its functions in order to figure out how it can help you and your business in the most efficient ways. **What problems is Softrip solving and how is that benefiting you?** USing Softrip to process individual (FIT) bookings that our travel agency clients usbmitted, so that all required services can be booked and suppliers informed about travel dates and passengers booked.
