SOFTRAX has been effective in generating complex SaaS billings based on multiple types of price models to our customers. The use of tiered pricing models allowed for a great deal of customization to the pricing by the sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SOFTRAX? The version of SOFTRAX that we are using is hosted versus SaaS. It was very difficult to upgrade the couple of times we undertook that endeavor. The need to do old fashioned upgrades is the biggest negative, not the functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SOFTRAX solving and how is that benefiting you? We have used both the Revenue Management module and Billing. We never found another Revenue Management system that could handle the complexities that SOFTRAX could.
