It was also very convenient connecting my Airtable database to Softr. **What do you dislike about Softr?** Because it's a low code tool, if you don't code, Softr has its limitations. We've experienced some difficulties with graphs, for example, where it wouldn't show text if it was a linked field on Airtable, so we would have to turn it into a regular text field on Airtable. Another small error we found was that sometimes, text would show with quotation marks on Softr's end. There are also some limitations with the block selection that Softr has, which means that it's hard to customize our own blocks. Processing times and having to reload pages multiple times can also be a pain point. There was one time where there was a software-wide issue where headers would not be seen, and the Airtable integration wasn't working, but the customer support was pretty helpful since they assured me that the team was working on it from their end. Customer support was also quick to respond. **What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to rely mainly on Microsoft Excel and would write long-form reports and save them as PDFs and store them in Google Drive. However, now that we transitioned to Airtable to store all of our data that we used to have on separate Excel sheets, we can now better visualize all our data and reports on Softr. Softr is also easy to implement as they have reusable chunks that cover essential business tasks. Overall, I frequently use Softr for making websites for my business, and I love how easy it is to integrate Softr with other applications such as AirTable and Make. **What do you dislike about Softr?** Softr can occasionally have a limited amount of flexibility and optimization ability when it comes to very specific things. For example, there is only a certain amount of layouts and it is impossible to fully customize where each individual item (i.e: buttons, headings) can appear on the screen. It would be much better if this could be limited to a specific block, so the user only has the option to edit the relevant fields in the block. So data entry can be split into sections.
