It took a bit for me to get comfortable with the software (nowhere near as long as AutoCAD though) and at first was frustrated since the library didn't have "exactly" what I wanted from the get go. I enjoy that there are hot keys that I can program to a multi-button mouse for speed in changing functions.

I dislike the auto-snap. It does not always seem to benefit me when drawing.

Some of the auto-functions are not intuitive. I use line tool to draw elevations, floor framing plans, and sections. I believe softplan may do these, but they're not intuitive enough for me to use.
