Softphone Plus is a desktop SIP softphone for Windows, macOS and Linux, built for call-center teams that already have a PBX or SIP provider. Admins add each agent's SIP lines once in the web portal; the app downloads them when the agent signs in, so there is nothing to configure on each computer. Every call can be recorded automatically per SIP account, or on demand, and the agent's screen can be recorded during calls. Recordings are kept for 90 days and play back in the portal with audio and screen in sync. Supervisors watch a live dashboard of who is on a call, on a break or offline, and run 9 reports on calls, inbound queues, availability, attendance, breaks, occupancy, outbound and each agent's timeline, with CSV export. It works with FreePBX, Asterisk, Issabel, Yeastar, Grandstream UCM, VICIdial and SIP trunk providers over UDP, TCP or TLS, with SRTP media encryption per account. Agents also get team chat, call history, headset call buttons and automatic updates. One Team plan includes every feature: $6 per seat monthly, or $5 billed annually, with lower prices from 25 and 100 seats. Admins and supervisors without a SIP line are free. 14-day free trial, up to 5 seats, no card.
