The backup software for Gmail, SoftMagnat Gmail Backup Software, covers all aspects of Gmail backup, including email, contact, calendar, G-Drive documents, and events. The software supports a broad range of file formats (namely PST, EML, MSG, and MBOX) for users to have the options of picking one according to their copies. Also gives the option of back up of Gmail contacts in the VCF format and events in the ICS format. Further, G-Drive documents can also be backed up in original format. Incremental backup does not download already existing data but brings new data into the storage system. Users can apply filters while creating backups to indicate specific folders for backup or define a time range. Delete emails after having them copied, and they will free up server space available to you. In addition to maintaining the folder hierarchy, this software is quite smooth with its backup operations occurring through pausing and resuming features for the exports of emails complete with attachments to PDF format. The process is also monitored through detailed progress index.
