Lack of companies which use it in my sector compared to other similar products but this is improving Largely US-based at present - My organization had a trial of Softlinx but has since decided to use another product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SoftLinx solving and how is that benefiting you? It has been helpful during the covid 19 lockdowns to communicate with colleagues and enable work to progress outside of the office. Softlinx is very easy to use for sending the documents to anyone very securely, maintains confidentiality, lets to track the sent document, cloud enabled documents delivery and no hectic procedure like the old faxing system. The documents are sent in a simple manner like emails even with your phone application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SoftLinx? The one dislike about Softlinx or using cloud faxing is that our data or the faxes are not much protected as if anyone hacks into the email, he or she will be able to have access over all the documents. What problems is SoftLinx solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending faxes by being anywhere, anytime of the day is the most helpful feature. We don't need fax machines anymore to send faxes and documents. I can literally send all documents through my phone application even at midnight and track whenever I want.
