The interfaces and basic functions are extremely smooth and facilitate efficient and accurate processing. The crypto module is an essential feature for us that works well and feeds cleanly into our ledger. The ability to drill down to source records from the Reporting, Finance, AP and AR module is better than in any other system that I have used. SoftLedger also handles accounting across a group that uses many currencies with a very logical and easy to follow flow. Lastly, we really value the support we have received, either when implementing the system or when searching for advice regarding the most effective way to align our processes to SoftLedger. For unreconciled banking items, be sure to set a default filter for your tables in the Bank Transactions and Bank Statements Reconciliation view to only display journal lines that are not reconciled. This should save you time in dropping into those tables and only seeing the unreconciled journal lines/bank transactions that need your review. For customized reporting, it can be best to create a custom analytics report through our in app business intelligence tool for any management reporting that might fall outside of the more traditional reports.
