The crypto module is an essential feature for us that works well and feeds cleanly into our ledger. The ability to drill down to source records from the Reporting, Finance, AP and AR module is better than in any other system that I have used. SoftLedger also handles accounting across a group that uses many currencies with a very logical and easy to follow flow. Lastly, we really value the support we have received, either when implementing the system or when searching for advice regarding the most effective way to align our processes to SoftLedger. **What do you dislike about SoftLedger?** I would welcome more flexibility to create our own reports and a clearer view of unreconciled items through the Banking screens **What problems is SoftLedger solving and how is that benefiting you?** SoftLedger is our core accounting system and the source of internal and external financial and regulatory reporting. For unreconciled banking items, be sure to set a default filter for your tables in the Bank Transactions and Bank Statements Reconciliation view to only display journal lines that are not reconciled. This should save you time in dropping into those tables and only seeing the unreconciled journal lines/bank transactions that need your review. For customized reporting, it can be best to create a custom analytics report through our in app business intelligence tool for any management reporting that might fall outside of the more traditional reports. Mainly, at the start the UI was a bit hard to navigate. Also, functions like paying bills one by one—and having to copy a memo in one by one, rather than being able to autofill them with a fixed naming scheme or template—feel tedious. **What problems is SoftLedger solving and how is that benefiting you?** not sure - havent received much communication on current fixes, but issues that ive raised have generally been resolved quickly ### 3.
