It's very much a case of you get what you ask for. I like the simplicity of the UI designs and the latest version is really good at building a list of tasks to work from which organisaes the work nicely. **What do you dislike about Softgen?** I've had to get support involved a couple of times to fix infrastructure issues which I feel they should have been picked up by support without me having to report them. Having said that, the fix was relatively quick (1-2 days) **What problems is Softgen solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's really good at taking clients requirements and turning them into a useable app to demo and iterate through before finalising the spec. It's cut down this process for us by weeks. ### 2.
