**What do you like best about Softbrik Feedback?**

I like this tool allows my players a way to input joys and frustrations through voice instead of through typing.  Much of the barrier between communication with a person is because of the knowledge barrier in typing.  fcor our older customers, we love that they would be able to vent issues without worry of typing.

**What do you dislike about Softbrik Feedback?**

I am currently unaware of what the limitations would be for a worldwide game.  how does the translation work across dialects to insure that we are receiving the correct sentiment from the customer.

**What problems is Softbrik Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are definitely widening the effective communication possible between the customer and ourselves.  this will be able to help speed up correspondence and lift overall customer satisfaction.
