Sofra is an all-in-one restaurant management platform built for the Gulf region. Restaurants use Sofra to replace paper menus and manual order-taking with QR-based digital ordering — guests scan a table QR code, browse a bilingual Arabic/English menu, place orders, and pay directly from their phone with no app download required. Orders reach the kitchen screen in under 14 seconds via real-time kitchen display system (KDS). Staff manage approvals, table status, and payments from a live dashboard. Multi-branch brands get a unified view across all locations. Core features include: QR table ordering, online ordering (delivery and pickup), self-service kiosks, kitchen display system, waiter and cashier dashboards, split bill and table payments via Tap Payments, waiting list management, table reservations, loyalty points, discount codes, guest ratings, ERP sync (Microsoft Dynamics AX), analytics, and multi-branch management. Built specifically for Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC market: full Arabic RTL support, SAR currency, local payment methods (Mada, Apple Pay), Saudi SMS providers, and AX 2012 ERP integration. Trusted by 50+ restaurants and counting.
