The best thing about soda pdf anywhere is that it is of a cloud environment.The user interface was just amazing and was perfect as the expectations.The conversion of files from different formats to pdf was never a easy task but with these software I am finding it a way too easier. And also not to forget about the creating task. The creating of the pdfs helped me to structuzised my work in a proper manner and helped me personally to show my skills with regards to pdf filing scripting editing and creating . The staff in the company finds it very easy now to convert the docx, txt,ppt and etc into the pdf forms. And to forget , the pricing is also good . Not too on a higher side. There two or more things which i want in the software. The things which i dislike is , there is not capability of any video integrating. Second, The OCR can be improved. I mean, it works fine, but it can be improved. And last but not the least, there is no any such thing about inserting the audio , that means we cannot insert any kind of sound clips or recordings in the pdf. Rather than pay in the several hundreds for Adobe's Acrobat suite, need to purchase extra E-Sign packets, and then have a larger install footprint than Soda PDF. I like having a better cost-effective modules and support for Bates numbering for catalog and indexing purposes, that is never found in lessor products or freemium versions. Being able to merge various PDF files into one, embedded file lessens hassles of having to send multiple files to my recipients. It also supports better print to PDF support than what is included in the native OS. Being able to have a great OCR module to convert imaged text to editable text is vital to digitize documents. If I could change one aspect of the Soda PDF Family, I would included unlimited E-Sign packets. The cost/batch is fairly priced, but small-business interests have to watch their pennies closely. Best thing about Soda PDF Anywhere is being able to use your features both on the desktop app and the web app. I also bought the E-Sign 10-pack because I had to prepare a couple of contracts and it works as advertised.
