The major factor I loved was the self-service capabilities. **What do you dislike about Soda?** The user interface is not not up to the mark. It need a lot of revamp and needs to be structured for a good experience. The tool feels a bit laggy as well for the end user. **What problems is Soda solving and how is that benefiting you?** The data observability with easy instrumentation made it a great way to go.
