They are highly available and offer personalized service and support; they have always answered any questions we have within 24 hours. Their platform has a lot of features, more than we can currently take advantage of. It was easy to implement, and integrating the tools we use took just a few clicks. I log in to review the monitoring daily, weekly or whenever I have time and trust that the data is up to date. **What do you dislike about CEEL?** There's always room for improvement and Socurely is actively improving their platform's UI and usability. **What problems is CEEL solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a startup, managing the monitoring, policy and audit requirements for SOC2 Type 2 can be overwhelming. Socurely's platform breaks down these requirements in a way that is easy to understand, review, manage and maintain. I regularly log in to the platform to review the automated monitoring provided and engage our team to correct any failing tests with the appropriate remediation. This helps us make the appropriate changes on our development environments to meet our security requirements before they reach production by monitoring our development, staging and production set ups. The AI tools they have built into their platform speed up creating first drafts of common policy documents and risk assessment summaries. If there are any questions about anything in the platform, their team is happy to answer any questions. ### 2. Everything felt familiar and Socurely team did lot of heavy lifting of migrating ALL of the setup: evidence library, policies etc. We only focused on controls that worked slightly differently and adjusted accordingly. From user perspective (Security officer / Framework admin) we got pretty much the same set of features at the time, with little migration costs and unparalleled customer support. **What do you dislike about CEEL?** In the beginning, there were couple of features I was missing (e.g. sending reminders only to selected personnel), or some UI elements lacked polish (e.g. file upload). There were only few similar issues. There was lot of updates and there's nothing I lack in the platform now. Any issues reported get typically fixed within days and I was never left "stuck" without a workaround. **What problems is CEEL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing process of SOC 2 compliance, which I doubt is maintainable without a tool, even at a small scale. ### 3. The technology platform made it much faster and easier to track and record evidence through their use of AI and integrations. Compared to our previous efforts with Tugboat logic it took us about 1/4-1/5th of the time and effort to do the same work. What's important to note is that other platforms want to charge you exorbitant prices for each module of SOC2 and other certifications, whereas there is better value and better tech with Socurely. The ease of use is significantly better than any other platform we have evaluated, and it is easily at feature parity with other platforms. The integrations are way smoother and better managed, **What do you dislike about CEEL?** The only downside to Socurely is that we did not learn about them at an earlier stage in our company. We highly recommend them for early stage fintech startups. **What problems is CEEL solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a solution that can enable us to meet SOC 2 Type I and II and beyond and is rightsized for Series A startups as they grow to meet the demands are many large-scale regulated financial institutions. Calls with Vanta and Drata left me feeling small – the sales guys were full of toxic masculinity and dismissed my questions one call even felt straight up misogynic Socurely was such a different experiance. From the start it felt like a safe space especially as a female non technical founder. They listened never made me feel silly for asking anything and actualy took the time to explain things.
