Thanks for the review and we're so happy that Berbix is working well for you. For the phone web app, we're continuously making improvements to the UI. We also have an API-only set up for anyone wanting to customize that experience.

For the safety of our delivery drivers, all customers on Amuse.com have to verify their identity using Berbix. This step is frictionless for our customers, and converts at over 90% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the only issue we run into is customers accidentally clicking the 'do not consent'; that is about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to retrieve required information, and view at a glance all data in place regarding customers' accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Socure?

It can sometimes be slow to load, and one may need to refresh the page before information loads. This lag does not often occur though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity of the application. Like how everything is laid out well on the main page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps the "label" of where to go when on the app could be more clear. Not always easy to use with clients who aren't tech-savvy as well that causes some issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
