In some instances, we have come across applications that have turned out to be fraudulent. When reviewing the onboarding process for these applications, we sometimes see that Berbix auto-accepted obviously fake identification cards. Berbix generally works well. The only issues I have had are when editing a template and saving but clicking back in shows me the old version. I remade it a couple of times before refreshing the page to see my update. I also missed a piece of documentation regarding reusing existing transactions if they haven't been completed, my integration has improved since discovering this.
