Good, simple design: easy for users to fill out, easy for admins to review user identities, easy to attach webhooks and interface with it from a coding perspective. The client-facing Berbix UI is not very customizable. There are very few options exposed when making custom templates. I would love more of an ability to customize the component's CSS in order to create an aesthetic that better suits our website.

Problems with lack of customizability are not only limited to aesthetics, it can also impact UX. One specific example is that the Berbix component forces a large amount of whitespace directly below the UI, which can be disruptive for space-constrained applications. Our team couldn't find a way to disable the whitespace and had to resort to making the rest of our UI overlap on top of the Berbix component in order to put our components in the place of the whitespace.
