I love that while using Berbix, it automatically flags an ID as fake. I still double-check when it isn't flagged, but when it is, my job is that much easier. The other nice thing about Berbix, is that it automatically tells you if the customer is under 21. Just a very user-friendly application! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best update would be for the application to recognize if the name on the ID matches the name of the person we are verifying or if the ID provided is for an entirely different person. This isn't that big of a deal because it is easy to see whether or not the names match. It would be convenient for a user to see that Berbix rejected the ID because the information doesn't match.
