All these functions make it my daily tool, allowing me to quickly and easily obtain a large amount of information about the company, generate reports for decision-making, and even find vulnerabilities in production systems that were not discovered during testing phases. The fact that it is a SaaS makes it easy to implement, eliminating hardware management concerns. Adding to this, the capability of easy integration with a number of tools like SIEM or Firewalls adds even more value to the tool. And if by chance, you don't have what you need, you can talk to technical support and they quickly reach the point of developing and adding to the tool what you need. All this at no additional cost. Everything is so easy to use and preconfigured that it creates a feeling of limitation. Although the tool itself is not. Also, I don't like the handling of preconfigured user roles. Customer data leaks, through SOCRadar we have managed to gain visibility of this situation that we were unaware of and have been able to create actions to mitigate these leaks. There hasn't been a single customer for whom SOCRadar didn’t uncover unexpected findings — and that’s extremely valuable. These findings range from compromised accounts and hardcoded API keys in mobile applications to abandoned IT assets, such as forgotten machines that haven’t been patched in years.
