"The smoothest experience we've ever had on the road to compliance"

What do you like best about SOCLY.io?

First, the Socly platform is very thorough, and they provide a ton of assistance to achieve and maintain SoC and ISO compliance - be it in the form of policy templates, security awareness training, the entirety of their process management module, and so on. The biggest selling point IMO is that they've solved the integration problem with various tools like AWS, Jira, Google Workspace, GitHub, etc. After integrating, we receive alerts on what needs fixing to stay compliant - this has been a massive time saver for us. Not to forget, their team is outstanding - they are friendly, easy to approach, and ready to assist at every step towards compliance. Special mention goes to Minal and Samrat for their assistance at every step of the journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCLY.io?

I can't really think of any downsides that hindered our experience working with Socly. If I had to give any suggestion, they could probably expand the amount of tools that they currently integrate with, but that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOCLY.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We at Xobin wanted to become SoC 2 compliant as we were closing enterprise-level deals and compliance became a major factor in said deals. Socly.io assisted us in achieving said compliance at every step of the way, be it employee awareness, drafting policies, integrating tools etc... "Quickest and Easiest implementation for SOC2, ISO and GDPR"

What do you like best about SOCLY.io?

Socly has made our compliance processes tremendously easier and cost effective. We started our journey with the integration of our GCP and AWS credentials along with Google Workspace monitoring and Github repo integration. Being a startup, we are not fully utilising industry tools like Jira or Notion, but Socly still made our workflow fit the compliance criterion which allowed us to continue our work without disruption. Everyone is very polite, hardworking and punctual. Special mention to Minal for being an excellent SPOC and being very prompt in responses to any queries we've had so far. What do you dislike about SOCLY.io?

Honestly, the UI could be better, we faced some issues on the Safari browser, but everything works well on chromium based engines or firefox. Thankfully, none of the issues caused any problems with the functionality but were rather issues with the UI that would occasionally glitch out in some menus. What problems is SOCLY.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our clients are MNCs that generate a large quantity of "trade and quality data" that is used for FMCG trade, processing and production. We needed the compliance to meet the expectations of privacy and security from these companies, since this data is also shared to other countries that recognise the SOC2. The VAPT and workflow enhancements they implemented helped us recognise flaws and vulnerabilities in our current workflow and helped us optimise them to the best standard internationally. In addition, through Socly's intervention, we can now monitor all company assets and protect our resources and intellectual property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCLY.io?

I really like the integrated nature of SOCly. It integrated with pretty much all my work tools (infra, tech, HR etc.) seamlessly automating most of my compliance work. Further, they have great templates for all processes that you need to create for the compliance process - so its pretty easy to take and modify them as per our org Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
