There’s nothing much to to dislike. They are anyways enhancing their application's day by day. I guess a bit of foucs UI/UX could further improve the user experience. Additionally, incorporating more detailed reports and a more actionable dashboard would support better monitoring and tracking. which i believe will be there soon. The real-time or scheduled pulling of users from G-Suite or some data does not happen sometimes

We've seen a few login issues on the platform here and there it has to be permanently addressed.

Better is that there is an option to fix or exempt the alerts based on the group or category.

Some questions will be repeated or almost it will be similar, for those we might have a good option to duplicate the answer, rather than keep repeating the same answers or proofs.
