What do you like best about Swell?

Swell was a lot cheaper than the competitors and met all my needs. It has an app, can control my website messages, has texting capability, and manages all my reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What's helpful about using Swell is the fact that automated emails and texts are going out to clients/patients and it's easy for the user to leave a review.

We have been using swell to manage communication with clients at our dental practice. One place where the communication could be handled. Benefits that we noticed is the speed at which we could respond and make tweaks to the template. Compares to the previous communication platform we were using that costed more than double, swell missed only one feature which was online review, but this was subsequently added to Swell.
