I feel that I can get communication from our GM and Mangers easily, communicate with other servers and staff with ease, and also understand my schedule easily too. **What do you dislike about SocialSchedules?** I wish I could drop or swap shifts when outside of their "listed availability" with other people without needing to have a manager assist. This has been troublesome. Also, an in-app contact list with phone and email would be nice to have as well. **Recommendations to others considering SocialSchedules:** This is a great tool! even with some of the drawbacks it is a great option for anyone needing to manage schedules within their team. **What problems is SocialSchedules solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has made scheduling super easy to see and understand. I have enjoyed how easy it has become with changing shifts and communicating to supervisors/managers requested change ### 2.
