Their customer service team anticipated each of our needs and did half of the job for us. We've used them 2 years in a a row for annual projects and they've been excellent each time. The only downside I can think of is that the navigation pane can be a little confusing to me. But once you get through the learning curve, it's pretty easy. Also, depending on the scheduling platform you use, you probably wont think it's confusing in the first place. Its a bit more similar to Sprout Social or Hootsuite than the platform we use. Before Socialinsider, the team had to manually go to several social media platforms to get the insights for the reports I needed. Benchmarking is now really really easy - and don’t know how we could have done this with the native tools. Also the team is very friendly and they answer via chat or email anytime you need something. The ability to add competitor pages, search for popular content trends, and its value for money meant the delivery of a premium service that greatly enhanced our reporting system. Socialinsider offers the most in-depth reporting for a very cost effective budget. So we has a huge amount of reports to prepare for a yearly round up of the competition and industry. A few friends suggested several other tools but we ended up working with Socialinsider. After the initial setup where we had to add all the profiles / and later we found out we had to define the brands (the support team was really quick and helped us and did this for us which says a lot) all went super smooth. We had to explain how much data history we needed and wait a few hours to backfill. After this the reports were just a few clicks - reports that would have taken us ages to compile with excel.
