I like having a console with all options and accounts together. The scheduling tool is excellent, and it allows me to see what will be published in preview mode on the right, including exactly when it will go it. An accessible access history also helps when researching responses in terms of the best content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the field of social media management, SocialDog is revolutionary since it provides an extensive feature set tailored to the requirements of its consumers. Here are the things about this platform that I value the most as a committed user.
SocialDog's straightforward design and user-friendly interface make navigating it a joy. Because of the dashboard's excellent organisation, users of various skill levels may easily access and make use of its robust features.
It was easy to incorporate SocialDog into my social media plan. The platform offers step-by-step instructions that make the integration of many social media accounts simple, and the onboarding procedure is uncomplicated. I connected all of my accounts in a matter of minutes, and I was then prepared to take advantage of the platform's features.
The customer service provided by SocialDog is exceptional. Not only is the support staff kind, but they also respond quickly. They go above and above to give thoughtful answers and timely answers to questions. The live chat feature is especially beneficial as it provides instant support when required.
SocialDog is now an essential component of my everyday schedule. Frequent use is encouraged by its time-saving features and user-friendly design. The software simplifies my social media responsibilities, from planning posts to evaluating performance indicators, enabling me to maintain constant activity on multiple channels.
SocialDog's wide range of features is one of its best qualities. The tool covers every aspect of social media management, from hashtag tracking and competitor analysis to analytics and post scheduling. The wide range of tools guarantees that users can customise their approach.
I firmly believe that anyone who is serious about optimising their social media presence ought to have SocialDog. It offers a useful toolkit for social media success and is a great option for both individuals and organisations because to its user-friendly layout, extensive features, and first-rate customer care. Even though SocialDog has several features that improve social media management, there are a few things about it that could be viewed as negatives.
The SocialDog learning curve can be somewhat challenging for novice users. Even though the platform has a lot of functions, it could take some time to understand them all. At first, beginners may feel overwhelmed; this transition could be facilitated by a more user-friendly onboarding procedure or more tutorials.
Even if SocialDog offers a lot of value, some users might feel that the pricing structure is less accommodating to those on tighter budgets. For individuals or small businessesparticularly those who might not need all of the services available in higher-tier plans the subscription options may seem pricey. The balance of analytics features for X and the cost for the annual plans is quite competitive when compared to other tools in the market. It replaces all the tools that existed before the changes to the Twitter API, while very easy to use and implement, with a very competitive price.
All subscription plans allow the tools to be used as frequently as desired.
There is a good integration potential, as it can be used directly on the browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features still require improvements, since they are not giving the desired results. It looks like customer support can normally provide a fast answer, but, unfortunately, I came across the vacation period, and I have not yet an answer to my concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm using the Keyword Monitoring to it's fullest.
It's great to see what other people are talking about and get involved in the conversation.
I'm also planning to use RSS AutoTweet feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The basic problem I have with Twitter is writing unique content. And It would be better if SocialDog had some AI functionality that would help me write engaging tweets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The advanced post management and the follower management tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The twitter contests were somewhat confusing however not the worst feature out there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
love how SocialDog allows me to create filters in the list of accounts I am following that are not following me back -- allowing me to filter out things like very large accounts with lots of followers (I do not expect them to follow me back), newly created accounts, and other accounts that I just happen to like and want to continue following regardless whether they follow me back. I wish SocialDog had a means of allowing me to bulk-unfollow accounts that are not following me back. As it stands, I need to click on each one, load that account's x/Twitter home page, unfollow, erturn to the SocialDog app, and move to the next account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tools and data feed are easy to understand and to implement. They provide a high number of features and we can work from there on what we can or might change to get more engagement, and how to get more frequency of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they could be available for personal pages as well besides professional pages, as I feel would be a important tool for professional bloggers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The navigation is very easy and self-explanatory. Paying for the lower tier affords you a ton of access. Very rarely do I find a feature I want behind a paywall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Emails come a bit too often, and I don't like the prompts to use features I'm not interested in every time I log in. But overall very few downsides. I got what I paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that SocialDog tracks followers and sends me a daily count of + or - followers. The system makes it easy to unfollow inactive accounts and see which followers are active so that you can engage with those who are active.
It is an easy-to-use tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SocialDog only works with Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. As a business user, I need LinkedIn as well, and without that, any social media management tool is not fully useful to me. So, unfortunately, we were only able to use SocialDog for unfollowing inactive accounts and not for posting, as we would need to double up efforts to post everywhere we need to post.
SocialDog focuses far too heavily on Twitter and that's simply not something that we care about. Other platforms support posting Instagram Reels and posting to LinkedIn, and that's what we need more of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can see analytics, followers, growth, etc. all on one page. I can do everything I need to manage my audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't follow/unfollow anyone within the app. I know that is an X thing but it was really convenient to do it on my social management apps in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been able to see if the marketing and or messaging is working. I also have found that I have better interactions with my followers as they are real and not bots that do not react. I set my perameters and the ease of implemetation was complete. I have been able to depend on the number of features that are provided. You will love the integration into your socials. As of today, I do not see anything I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
