**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

1) Customer service. They're generally quick to respond to address bugs and problems you're having with your account. They'll also follow-up to make sure the issue didn't crop up again. That takes top marks in my book.

2) For what you pay, you get quite a lot of features and options. 

3) If what you need is a system that can schedule to multiple accounts with the option to customize for each account, this does precisely that. It also has a solid queue system to make it easier to schedule content for high-performance users.

4) Most of the features are fairly easy to use, including the browser extension. Once you understand what SocialBu can do, it's pretty easy.

5) It works as described pretty much all of the time. I can't recall if the system ever went down in the 2+ years I've used it.

6) The roadmap is solid and the community requests section nets meaningful results. Smaller features are likely to happen pretty quickly. More complicated ones might take a few months. But if the community wants it, they'll get it done.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

1) It isn't as feature rich as some of its competitors, but it's also half the price of some of its competitors. This is not a problem for me as an individual user who manages social media for a podcast as a hobby. I don't know if it would affect folks who need this system as a business solution, so do your own research.

2) The app, in my opinion, still needs a little work to iron out the kinks. It works, and it's fine, but it's not quite as smooth as it could be.

**What problems is SocialBu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialBu helps me manage about a dozen social media accounts across two hobby-focused profiles with queue-based scheduling and integrated user interactions. It also has mobile and browser integrations that help streamline this process.

SocialBu makes the scheduling and managing my posts super easy which I like the most. It saves my time and helps me to stay consistent on social media.

I dislike the SocialBu platform because some features feel limited on lower plans and occasional delays happen while publishing posts to certain social platforms.

SocialBu platform helps me to automate all of my posting and helps in to monitor the multiple accounts all in one place. It reduces my manual work and helps in keeping all of my content consistent and improves my social media efficiency.

Great app for small businesses - I especially like being able to see all past, current and future posts on the calendar. The fact that it works on LI, FB, IG and BlueSky motivated us to give it a try.

I wish that we could schedule posts in FB and LI groups.

Saves me hours every month. I just go in for 2 hours at the end of every months, set it up and forget about it. It's nice not to have to come up with daily posts anymore.

SocialBu has completely transformed how I manage my social media presence. Earlier, I had to schedule alot of things manually using each Social Media Interface but SocialBu gives me a single interface to manage all my Social media platforms. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making scheduling posts, replying to messages, and tracking performance a breeze - even across multiple platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

As far as the features I had used, found no problem.

SocialBlu is really intuitive and easy to use. I use it for several clients and post daily. It's also super affordable compared to other social scheduling platforms I've used. Customer support is also really responsive. I highly recommend it!

It's a lot less expensive that other social media schedulers I've used so it's saving my agency a lot of money. I especially like that it offers scheduling for LinkedIn.

The product offers infinite/unlimited posting in social media accounts.  It also allows posting in LINKEDIN ACCOUNTS unlike in others. The price is the lowest among other competitors' sites.

There is no downsides.  If there are, you can email them and they will help you put it on the roadmap.

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

Before I came to SocialBu, I looked through several platforms like Zoho, HootSuite, Loomly, and more. What sold me on Socialbu was their visually straightforward platform - the other platforms were overwhelming and had a lot of tools I just did not need. I highly recommend SocialBu to small marketing agencies that don't need the bells and whistle, and small businesses that need a straightforward and easy to manage platform. 

SocialBu made it incredibly easy for me to stick to my marketing strategy without having to navigate through unnecessary tools and resources that clogged up the screen. My 3 favorite features were:

(1) Queue Scheduling. When I write up marketing strategies, I publish by day of the week - I used the Queues to my advantage. Labeling each Queue out as a seperate day to maximize my marketing strategy. This allows me to maintain my type A personality, while also having social content neatly organized in a list view. (They have calendar views, also, but I preferred the list view).  This made is so easy to implement all my strategies. 
(2) Bulk uploads - bulk uploading made my job SO much easier. I used their handy "how to" videos to figure out the best way to bulk upload. It was an absolute breeze. If I ever changed my mind, and wanted a post on another platform, it was very easy to integrate an additional platform with the click of a button. 
(3) The simplicity of the platform. I greatly appreciate that there aren't tons of colors, buttons, and navigations. It is a simplistic, incredibly easy to use, and straight forward platform.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

Honestly, I didn't dislike anything about SocialBu. It was the perfect platform to manage and maintain my social content for multiple brands.

**What problems is SocialBu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems SocialBu solved was having a very straight forward platform. I looked into HootSuite, Zoho, and loomly. SocialBu was the only one that was straightforward in their scheduling systems, and didn't clog up the screen with colorful and unnecessary items.

I use SocialBu every day and it's a vital part of my business. Getting started was a breeze and if you have questions, you'll have a dedicated manager who will make sure you have a good experience. The user-friendly interface and smooth integration process makes it easy to use even for a beginner. You can connect all your major social media accounts even with their lowest plan. SocialBu's scheduling and post automations features stand out from the rest. These features are the main reason I love this tool. Combined with low subscription costs and top-notch customer service, it's a dream for all social media marketers like me.

I've tried  ALL available social media management tools but none of them satisfied my needs like SocialBu.

I highly recommend it.

This is THE tool for social media management. I have tried many SMM's in my social media marketing career but none of them were as helpful as SocialBlu. Everything you need is in one simple to learn tool.

I don't have a particular dislike for SocialBlu, many people mentioned the learning curve but I have not experienced any hardship in that part. Also the support team was very helpful with answering every question I need.

SocialBu has a simple UI and UX making it easer for me to work on it. I can easily publish, review and automate the social media posts. it was esily implemented into my eisiting workflow without much distruptions. It's 14 day trial is really good.

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

Just like Buffer and Hootsuite, Socialbu also has great features such as post scheduling, managing comments & checking analytics. The best part is that it is affordable as compared to other popular social media management platforms. Moreover, they have a free plan to try the tool and use it for managing social media clients.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

In the free plan, they are not offering Instagram integration which is one of the main social media platforms we focus on for our clients. Moreover, we can't publish videos in a free plan. So, even if we are using limited channels, we have to buy their paid plan to use the required features.

We can schedule our client's posts which is very helpful and time saving. I don't need to switch to multiple accounts or channels to check messages or comments as they are giving the features at one place.

The most like service is I can schedule stories for Instagram. If you compare any other competitor with this price, you cannot find it at this rate on the market.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

For the video schedule, there is no option to select a cover page which I didn't like at all. Hope this function will be update soon. The main missing item is proper anlayzing for the account. There is a small analyzer available now which is not accurate and detailed. Also before i can schedule the post to linkedin, later the option were removed. This waso ne of the missing part i really needed back.

**Recommendations to others considering SocialBu:**

Suppose you are struggling to manage multiple accounts and challenging to find managing software on your budget. This will be the best option to have.

**What problems is SocialBu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily able to manage and schedule multiple accounts from one place. I have around eight accounts to manage, which is not easy to overlook one by one logging in. Also, when we are posting the content, we can keep the spacing properly, especially for Instagram. When I was doing this from another social media manager, all the lines are to be merged. It looks odd. The main benefit, which I feel is is scheduling Instagram stories. I checked a lot of other competitors before subscribing to this. Most of the service providers price is too high, and the story scheduling service is missing as well. Recommend this service to those who are looking to manage multiple social media accounts easily.

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

It's been 4 months since I am using it and I love its simplicity of the interface and flexibility of the options to post. Instagram posts scheduling with the first comments and stories scheduling with the swipe link. I have used other tools for Instagram automation but those weren't automated much and you still have to do some manual actions (reminder to post through app notifications) to post. So, SocialBu resolved this my major problem and I am loving it.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

SocialBu does not support YouTube yet so I have to post videos to YouTube manually. Second, the analytics part needs to have more detailed reports other than best-performing posts and followers' growth. LinkedIn account posting is good but you can't reply to incoming messages to LinkedIn yet.

**What problems is SocialBu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing is the fully Instagram automation without any problem. It helps me a lot in scheduling my posts easily and save time, and improve my social media presence.

Multiple team members can work on couple projects, and it's easier to schedule and post tasks to other social media accounts very quickly. Definitely recommended for others to use.

they can work on improving notifications when projects are due and remaining more frequent of when things are due and over due.

SocialBU is a great tool to use in ease of scheduling and social media management, especially when posting multiple accounts.

Scheduling and working on posting multiple accounts is very frustrating, but a tool like SoicalBU makes life easier.

I have found the dashboard very easy to navigate, making it easy to schedule posts on multiple platforms.

When you attach a photo to include in a scheduled post, it doesn't upload that photo. When the post is expected to post, it draws from your local file. If you've deleted the image, the post doesn't go through.

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

Fair price and ability to post "Stories". The ability to have additional team members and different setup teams within the organization feels like an ultra premium feature that's included in even their base price.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

No Pinterest support and the inability to alter text and time to various services with the same post schedule. We are making do with Pinterest via IFTTT but having it all in-house at SocialBu under one platform would be ideal.

**Recommendations to others considering SocialBu:**

Most competitors don't offer story posting. Most competitors have a high paywall up for more than one team member. Most competitors limit the amount of posts you can have scheduled. SocialBu is very obviously out to do battle with the giants and they deserve every bit of you consideration. I believe they're new to the space, but I'm sure this product is going to grow into the best in the business and I'm elated to be an early adopter along for the ride. So far, my customer service interactions have been phenomenal and my feature requests have been forwarded to the developer for consideration. I feel like a valued member of the tribe.

Budget constraints and time management. SocialBu is irreplaceable.

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

The UI is simple and easy to use. Nothing too complicated and no unnecessary visual styling to distract you.

The fact that Instagram stories and posts can be scheduled well in advance without any limitations is a huge plus point. Not many apps out there can do that. 

The CEO is very pleasant to speak to and always focuses on customer requirements. They even got me to come back to them with a custom plan which suited my requirements exactly.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

It has a simple website which serves the purpose. However, on mobile view, it is a little too clunky. They do not have a mobile app to the best of my knowledge.

**What problems is SocialBu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using SocialBu to pre-schedule all the social media posts that go out to multiple Facebook pages, LinkedIn pages, Twitter accounts and Instagram accounts. This is necessary to a digital marketer as pre-planned content can easily be set up in one go and forgotten, allowing you to focus on other tasks.

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

I like that they have some features, like bulk scheduling that makes scheduling posts so easy. My favorite part about that app is that I can schedule posts for my private instagram accounts, which is something almost no other instagram scheduler can do. 

They also have great customer service. I asked them if they could push the limit for the amount of posts I can have a month and, in less than 24 hours, they responded and were more than happy to do it for me. 

This has really help me save time for posting, because now I do not have to do it manually. I am really happy with it.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

While there is nothing I dislike, I think there are some things that they can improve on.  For bulk importing, you can only put media that is has a link on a website. So that means you cannot bulk import multiple images from your computer. You can still upload pictures from your computer one by one, but it just doesn't work for bulk importing.

**Recommendations to others considering SocialBu:**

This is a great application for those that need to schedule posts on instagram. I know they have features for other applications, but I have not used them, so I cannot tell you anything about them. For instagram, you can schedule posts even with a private account which is a huge benefit and there user interface is not bad.

I have realized the amazing customer support the company has.

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

These guys are great when it comes to help.  I got an immediate email back from the support desk, and they are awesome at communicating.  When we first joined, I couldn't do an intro call at the times they offered and they were totally willing to work around my schedule.  It's also super easy to use.

**What do you dislike about SocialBu?**

There's nothing at this point that we dislike about this service.

**What problems is SocialBu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to save a lot of time on our Social Media marketing.  This has helped us to streamline.

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

It's great value for money. We really like that you can start for just $8 a month. The tool is built to be easy, and we can manage all our social profiles at Traffit in one account

They are still building out their analytics section. So they don't have everything some of the competition have, but they are introducing new ones all the time

Time. We are a fast growing startup, and we love being social but we need to schedule our posts as a structure so our community can stay connected to us

**What do you like best about SocialBu?**

For $8 per month I can have 4 social media accounts and schedule my posts. If you're looking for cost effective and easy to use social media management tool, socialbu is the on.

I'm using socialbu for a very minimalistic setup and so far I haven't found any issues.

**What problems is SocialBu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social media management for a small blog. Great value/money ratio. I would definitely recommend.
