What do you like best?

We're using Social Bakers from two years now. We still combine it with a monitoring social media tool to have a complete aproach. But we absolutely love Social Bakers's graphics, specially when we are in a hurry and need to export a presentation in PPTX. Sometimes we we need an urgent information and with the data already set for us, we have time to analyse everything properly, which gives us time and a better visualization. For a future tip, I think it would be better for us to export every data in PPTX, not only the basics one (just to save our time).

And of course, I have to say that our account manager is the best (Thiago Alves, come get your award)! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

My one and only issue is that the tool is expensive, especially because we're in Brazil and we have to pay it in dollar. Maybe next year we can trade a plan for my bosses kidney (just kidding). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like being able to work on multiple accounts on one screen, I also like the fact that you easily leave a note for another user, it has many additional features, it is extremely simple to operate and it tracks the words to find certain posts more quickly, It is also great to be able to compare how various social media platforms are reaching people in one place, the quality of the reports is really fantastic and the possibility of distributing them makes your life much simpler, it also offers great technical support. What do you like best?

The tool offers a very user-friendly interface and the support works very well. We can forget about manual post implementation and now work with the automatic feature to post posts and advertising campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The effectiveness is outstanding and we can now address our customers more specifically. What do you like best?

We are using socialbakers for our collecting data analysis and information from our email campaigns and now we can extract data that we use for the reports that are sent to our business partners, as well as collect reports by period of time or by campaign in A matter of minutes, whereas this would have required hours of manual monitoring if you hadn't used socialbarker.You are helping us understand the performance of our social media accounts and improve content production based on what already exists. I would like if we could upload gifts or videos since now it is not possible or we have not been able to do it and it would be really good for us to be able to do it, they should improve that and. Social Bakers is such a cool system to work on. I like the fact that you are able to work on multiple accounts on one screen. You can easily check or browse the page to see all unanswered notifications and inboxes. I also like the fact that you easily leave a note for another user. What do you like best?

It has very clean user interface with lot of easy to use and understand data. It has lot of additional features, like influencer database and search engine, also content search, which is good for the UGCs and advertisement analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have The best support services as well whether on live chat, on social platforms or CS team. What do you like best?

I like the thread view. Customer profile option to see previous communication and the option to leave notes for my team. The online chat for assistance is great. Creating labels and assigning cases. Adding sentiment and tagging relevant person in the notes option. Filter options are very easy as this makes eliminates missing out on comments or customer feedback. What do you dislike?

I don't like the long delays as we have an SLA of 2 hours and data picks up 20-30min later. I don't understand all the terms in the dashboard and it's not easily understandable. Feedback via the online help desk is sometimes prolonged and queries or concerns are not normally explained as to why the error occurred. I feel one on one training will benefit the team. We are not using the tool to its full capacity. We work on a few brands and adding so many tabs can look messy. Clicking on a thread view is great but also not easy to spot replies. What do you like best?

I love this program is that it is extremely simple to operate and keeps track of words to find more quickly certain publications of the company's networks. It has very good graphics, using it is quite easy, it is very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The truth is somewhat expensive, but it has a very good performance which makes it really attractive despite its cost. What do you like best?

I really like the fact that the most important social media channels are there and the tool covers the most important topics: analytics and deep insights, multiuser platform for publishing with role attribution, content search with label filter for monitoring and inspiration, influencer search, paid quality and performance evaluation, automated post labeling. What do you like best?

SocialBakers has some good stats with quite comprehensive KPI metrics and an online UI. The quality of the reports is really fantastic and the prospect of distributing them makes your life much simpler. Also, it counts with a great reporting system, very simple to run, that can distribute information and in various formats. SocialBakers is very accurate, as there's no substantial difference in the correlation with Facebook statistics. I have used several features for analytics in SocialBakers to allow me to filter and evaluate moving data, including labeling messages, and the process has been straightforward and easy to use. What do you dislike?

The marking of CMS documents in SocialBakers is not simple to sync. Also, once you sign up, you need to actively monitor your clients, so this part of the job may take some time. For deeper data monitoring, social network credentials are required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SocialBakers is great for handling image creators and distributing articles on all channels. What do you like best?

I really like the possibility of having all the metrics in one place, interpreting it, comparing historical periods and analyzing the competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't like not being able to compare all accounts at once in different variables and only have the initial dashboard.

I don't like not being able to see everything in real time.

What do you like best?

Socialbakers has positive characteristics that make it a program to highlight, one of them, is that it is not difficult to use. In addition, the system contains very objective AI software with clear examples of precision work, this is reflected in the statistics that it throws after each analysis. Another key and determining factor is its boards, they are organized, well created and with an incredible acceptance within my work team. Besides that your reports are well prepared. What do you dislike?

I don't like its price, I consider it a bit high. There are no video posts on Instagram through the use of this tool, it is a notable disadvantage for anyone who works on that platform. It should be noted that the reports are good, they are complete but they are not as specific as I would like, however they say what is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do not think more and run to buy it, its price is a bit high but you will not regret it. I am particularly satisfied with Socialbakers. You will make a solid investment in analysis, integration, fluency and practicality to its full potential. Appropriate for social networks and everything related to the world of web marketing. The main benefit of its use in our company is undoubtedly its excellent quality reports for our customers. With our growing collection of widgets across 170+ metrics, there's now an infinite number of combinations to visualize your data. Communicating approaches and outcomes with detailed quality reports is a real benefit, and you’re certainly taking advantage of our fully customizable and multi-format reports. And I can see how your customers must be more than satisfied with the results you present to them.

To your point on video posts on Instagram, we allow the publishing of videos, together with choosing the video thumbnail. However, please note, as of this date, that it's in beta on the Instagram side. In the case of IGTV, as soon as it's available via the API, we will be on it.

What do you like best?

I can establish that Socialbakers is an excellent social network that allows me to gather different levels of information in the visualization of reports and analysis of social competencies. In addition to generating detailed information about the publications and monitoring of activities of the competition of multiple social pages and a good automation of social reports. What do you dislike?
