We’ve had a great experience using Social Walls. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and looks very professional on screen. It helped us display live social media content seamlessly during events and across digital displays. The support team was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend for organizations looking to create engaging social media displays.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

One downside is that some advanced customization features can take a bit of time to learn at first. Occasionally, moderation and content refresh speeds could also be faster, especially during high traffic live events. Pricing for certain premium features may feel a little high for smaller organizations.

What I like best about Social Walls is how easy and engaging it makes real-time audience interaction.

It collects and displays live social content instantly, which really boosts participation during events and campaigns.

The customization options (themes, layouts, branding) make the wall look professional and match any brand or event setup.

The user interface is simple and intuitive, so setup doesn’t require much technical knowledge.

Moderation and support are strong, giving confidence when running live displays in front of an audience.

Overall, Social Walls stands out for turning user-generated content into a visually appealing, interactive experience with minimal effort

Occasionally, the platform has minor technical glitches, and the initial setup can be a bit confusing for first-time users. AI moderation may also filter some relevant content, requiring manual review.

Nykaaland was WOW, we used social wall to showcase the audience in our wall. The best part attendee really enjoyed and it is very easy to use toll and we appreciate our customer success manager Thakur who helped us to achieve our goal in the event.

Its is very easy to use UGC platform for events, so I didn't find any challenge during my campaign as the support was available instantly.

**What do you like best about Social Walls?**

We used Social Walls at our prom, and it was honestly a game-changer. Watching our photos and videos pop up live on the big screen made the whole night feel so much more connected and exciting! Everyone loved seeing their moments instantly shared — from red carpet shots to dance floor selfies.

It gave the event that modern, interactive vibe we were looking for, and it kept the energy high all night.
Setup was smooth, the feed looked amazing, and it made capturing memories so much more fun and effortless.

The customer support was next level. I was able to reach a representative whenever I had any questions, which is really important. I never felt like I was at it alone. 

If you want to add a major "wow" factor to your event, Social Walls is a must. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

Only downside was one of the videos froze during the event. Could have been connection issues on our end. The kids didn't seem to care at all.

**What do you like best about Social Walls?**

I recently used Socialwalls.com, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations.

Ease of Use: the platform was intuitive and streamlined. Setting up my social wall took minutes and the interface made it easy to navigate.

Customisation: huge variety of customisation features, everything was flexible and responsive. 

Outstanding Support: They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me get the best out of the platform. 

If you're looking for a dynamic, user-friendly way to showcase live social content I recommend Socialwalls.com. It’s polished, powerful, and backed by a team that truly cares.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

It would be helpful to be able to set up multiple logins for one wall - I had to share my email and password with clients so that they were able to log in too (although this feature might be available, I just didn't see it!)

**What problems is Social Walls solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Socialwalls enabled our client to create a truly interactive and engaging visual display of live content. Delegates were able to get involved and contribute their content.

**What do you like best about Social Walls?**

Utilized this service for an annual conference. The plan was to engage our attendees to interact with one another and to give us feedback about our sessions and speakers. We displayed our social wall on various large screens and attendees really enjoyed seeing their media post on the wall. The QR code was also helpful for attendees who had no social media presence but who wanted to contribute to our content. The social wall was a hit!

I could not easily get information about which posts were submitted via the QR code.

Easy to use and create new screens. Nice presentation with lots of options for branding and presentation.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

Sometimes the site goes down or whites out for short periods of time.  When I contact support they addressed the issue quickly and alerted me to the "Super Refresh" function, which was very helpful!

I did notice that the LinkedIn feed wasn't pulling initially, but the issue seems to resolve on its own.

Not really a problem - just a value-add for the attendees of our live events.

Social Walls is incredibly user-friendly and provides a plethora of features that you can use to create and moderate your own social platform. The customer service is amazing and they are always available to discuss their features and answer any questions you may have. I also like how you can moderate your social wall on any device (laptop, iPad, phone etc..).

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

I do not have any complaints with Social Walls. I think it would be nice to be able to add transitions between multiple videos within the Studio feature.

Social Walls created an engaging feed for all conference attendees that worked well with our product demo.

It keeps the audience engaged during the events. People love seeing themselves up on big screens.
Also, the services offered by Pratap, his prompt responses and help in setting up the social wall for us at Dubai Holding really helped us a lot. It was pretty easy to set up the wall with his help. The application does offer a lot of features which could be of use.

**What do you like best about Social Walls?**

The best thing we liked about Social Walls was the number of things we could do with the UGC we collected. Showcasing content from Instagram as well as Facebook at one place surely worked in our favor. As a bonus, we also found a perfect theme to showcase the content which made it look even better.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

There no as such issue I faced but if I have to give one, I think they should add a log in button on their homepage. I tried to access my account on another system and found it difficult to log in, Thanks to our CSM Thakur Pratap who was always there for us

**What problems is Social Walls solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We organized an event at Cetaphil and invited many dignitaries and some very special people to it. Knew expected people to talk about the event on their social media and wanted to capture every moment they shared. Thanks to Social Walls and Thakur Pratap from their customer care, we were able to do just that. We must add that Thakur was extremely patient with all our queries which made it easier for us to understand how we can use it.

**What do you like best about Social Walls?**

Well to start with, I never expected it to be this user-friendly. As someone using such a tool for the first time, I found it extremely easy to and would surely recommend it to others. Their customer support was so supportive and patient in showing me all the great features that helped me alot while using it.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

We were managing online presence for the Annual General Meeting of the Confederation of Indian Industry and we wanted to showcase all the esteemed dignitaries present there to all delegates. I saw something similar in another event I attended which was when I got to know about Social Walls and Thank God I did! The speakers were really happy to see themselves on big screens and even shared it on social media whenever they saw their image on the screen. I also created a screen to show what people posted about them.

Social wall helped me express how grateful I was to all the amazing business tycoons who came to my event. It also helped me in promoting my event as I was able to show how many people are talking about me on twitter thanks to the social wall and our account manager Thakur who was always there from beginning.

The AI moderation feature is very efficient. Both Truesense and Autopilot helped us eliminate irrelevant, inappropriate and repeated content. We could display the best posts uploaded by the event attendees on their social media about the MATLAB EXPO.Kudos to Thakur and the whole tech team, as they was there for every small query we had about the tool.

We wanted the MATLAB EXPO 2024 to be as interactive for the attendees as possible and with Social Walls, we could do that by harnessing user generated content. Its ease of use & the 24x7 customer support that the guys provide stand out the most apart from the constant feature updates & catering to individual customization requests even at the last moment!

Nothing to dislike as such just a few areas that can be improved in terms of auto-refreshing the display & featured pop-up animations.

It allowed me to display content from our LinkedIn page & hashtag, which very few solutions provide in this price range. They also have a lot of options to add feeds when it comes to LinkedIn.

We used social Wall for our 1 week Event to aggregate the UGC of our event and this tool is very heplful for us.The best part is provide us the real time content with the amazing support. I would appreciate our customer success manager Thakur pratap who was always assits us for better event success.

**What do you like best about Social Walls?**

Easy to configure and 'just works.'. Follow the simple steps and you can get custom branding and experience to suit your needs pretty quickly

We've used this for our events (two week-long events) for several years, and attendees love seeing their posts (with pics) on the wall.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

I wouldn't say dislike, but I would say their auto-moderation is still evolving at this time. It is a little confusing to setup (but support was very helpful). The AI/computer vision helped us with removing spam pics great, but it was also a little aggressive at moderating (and hiding) some posts. But overall, I would prefer it to be a little aggressive, then to allow more content to appear on screen (and embarrass our team).

We were early adopters of the Tagbox social media display wall. We use it throughout our sales centers in the U.S. and are pleased with its performance, ease of use, and customization options.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

We haven't found any downsides. When there is a small hiccup on a rare occasion, their A+ support system makes sure it is resolved immediately.

We used the taggbox social wall for an event we attended in June: the WMF - We Make Future held in Bologna, Italy. We used the social wall in the expo area on the ledwall to engage users and visitors. very fun and engaging!

I think it's ok. for our needs I found nothing particular to criticise

SnapUp was amazing, and using QR codes made collecting photos and videos from the audience (UGC) super easy, leading to tons of engagement! 
We could even share things with attendees in real time, keeping them involved throughout. 

Thanks to the 24/7 support team, especially our account manager, Thakur, who manages everything and makes our tasks run smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

I enjoyed using this product for several events and honestly couldn't find anything major to complain about. My only suggestion would be to give users more features and event theme options. The support team was also super helpful whenever I needed them.

Before Social Wall, managing event content was a hassle. Now, it's a simple process! It helps us showcase real-time content on screens and turn gatherings into engaging. The interface is super easy to use, and their support team is always available if we need help.

i was impressed by how easy it was to use this platform. its really helpus to aggregate the ugc on the real time basis and the plateform very easy to use  Even when I had some issues Thakur from their customer support team was always available, even at odd hours.

**What do you dislike about Social Walls?**

The AI features are very helpful but can be more accurate. I was not totally on board with the recommendation scores given to my posts.

I used Social Walls for the conference my company organized. I wanted to showcase different activities people were participating in via Social Walls.

The SnapUp feature is a standout, other than that using QR codes made the UGC collection process seamless. It boosted higher Engagement even when working with 10,000+ attendees. Additionally, onboarding influencers augmented events effortlessly and broadened our audience.

We struggled to find any drawbacks even after using it for multiple events. However, a little suggestion would be to improve the customization themes to offer users more visual options for their events.

Social Wall simplified our process of collecting and displaying our user-generated content in real time during events. The 24/7 availability of the support team and the user-friendly interface helped us to manage on-site operations perfectly, ensuring the success of our events.

Taggbox makes it easy to curate hashtags, photos, and videos for your business so you don't have to spend hours manually finding your customer's social media photos. Once we wanted to start merging content into our social wall, Taggbox made it about as simple as it could be. The set-up was easy to do and before long we had multiple different galleries based on our products online. In the world of social media, you need to blend social interaction and Taggbox makes that simpleThe biggest benefit of using Taggbox on top of the platform is their customer success team-- I had a conversation with Thakur he was so helpful, and knowledgeable, and treats us like a true partner, I really appreciate him for this

Taggbox Display provided plenty of value for the social events of real estate with its easiness of setting up and its reliability - and moderation capabilities for our Posts. More recently the direct post feature has proven a real hit with our clients who do not want to promote their events on social media, the wall also looks fantastic integrated with a mobile app. The variety and reliability of engagement options Taggbox provides are fantastic!

Unable to pull from Facebook Group - but no one  allows this so not specific to Taggboxx.

We've been searching for a tool for digital signage and Taggbox seems to check all our boxes. Some requirements of our clients where content moderation and flexibility of the display, whereas Taggbox allows for a great deal of flexibility in all areas.

I used Taggbox to deploy a social wall in my event, the best part about it was the real-time update and the amazing themes they provided us for the display. Everyone was so engaged with the social wall, I had no idea that a single thing like a social wall could take my event to some other level.

There was nothing I would say that I disliked, the support team was always there for assisting in case of any problem.
