**What do you like best about Social Places?**

I really appreciate the ease of the interface in Social Places. It's easy to navigate and isn't complex to use. I also find it very convenient for scheduling content, as I'm able to quickly schedule and get approval on posts without having to do one for each store, which is great when multiple stores are getting the same content. The initial setup was very easy, as the team set it up for us and we just had to join. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with its functionality.

I am able to quickly schedule and get approval on posts without doing one for each store, making it easier to manage content for multiple locations.

I like the user-friendliness of Social Places. It's great that it never has issues, and I find it really helpful that all my clients are in one place on one dashboard. Also, the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Social Places?**

I don't like that I can't see the month's scheduled calendar in one place and schedule from there. I'd love to be able to schedule directly from the calendar view, clone posts without changing the clients, and have a less busy dashboard.

I use Social Places for scheduling. It's user-friendly, reliable, and centralizes all my clients on one dashboard.

**What do you like best about Social Places?**

This platform truly covers it all with its comprehensive features, including Listings Management, Listening, AI-powered Omni-Channel Reputation CRM, Local Content Scheduling, Bookings, and AdTech. 

The deployment and rollout are incredibly smooth, and the best part is that the entire process is fully managed, which lifts a significant burden off our team. 

Additionally, their aftersales support and account management team is exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist us. 

They've been around for 10 years and are now making waves abroad by proving that you don’t have to spend ridiculous chunks of your marketing budget to get a great product with excellent service. I highly recommend this platform.

Social Places has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to providing excellent service and working with us to customize their software to match our business requirements.  Coupled with this, they have a great understanding of our industry and their customer service team's professionalism and positive attitude sets them apart from the rest.

I don't have any complaints to report about Social Places.

**What problems is Social Places solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a presence in South Africa and beyond, our seven brands boast over 900 locations. To take advantage of this widespread audience, we use Social Places Listings Services and Reputation Services to manage listings across Google, social media, and various online review sites. These enable us to quickly upload organic content, make use of premium services offered through these platforms if and when needed, and to engage with our audience on a local or brand-wide level. 

This level of work would typically require a large team to manage effectively, but with the help of an effective service provider and software, we have line of sight of reach, engagement, and customer actions, such as calls, visits to our store, or visits to our website. We can also monitor search rankings on a per-location basis, enabling us to refine our approach as needed.

This is taken a step further with Local SEO software that optimises our location categories, manages keywords and descriptors in descriptions – all formatted to best practices across all listings - to guarantee our restaurants appear in relevant local store searches.

**What do you like best about Social Places?**

Always happy to advise and assist with issues - even if the issue isn't necessarily in their scope. The team is always honest about their abilities and any possible limitations. SP is always ready to hop on a cal and give feedback or show us new systems updates.

**What do you dislike about Social Places?**

Sometimes the solutions we need are not entirely met - for example with uploading of FB cover images bot being pulled through to all of our FB pages - there is room for improvement when it comes to these types of smaller requests.

**What problems is Social Places solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow us to manage multiple FB pages from one space - incredible time-saving.
Management of the google listings - the team manages the back end and requests and saves us a lot of time with this as well
The rating systems/notification system ensures that we get the reviews to the necessary teams quickly and efficiently - this helps a lot with customer satisfaction and staff buy-in.

**What do you like best about Social Places?**

I enjoy social places because it brings all my reviews and ratings into one place. I don't have to keep logging into different platforms to see whats going on. Its very easy and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Social Places?**

The one part I wish social places have, is the function to integrate MrDelivery and UberEats reviews manually. This would be ideal to send out to my stores and they can see all their reviews in one report.

Right now, they are helping us get full access to our one store on Facebook. We have sent off the documents they need to send FB a dispute on our behalf. We want full business control of our one page, and they are helping us get it back.

**What do you like best about Social Places?**

I like that everything is so centralized. We have been working with the team for quite some time and are pleased with their ever helpfulness. They have added  more products to their range- exciting for us to explore.

**What do you dislike about Social Places?**

I am still not too comfortable with navigating some of the features, I think as a consumer I get overwhelmed by everything on the platform when I mainly want to use about one or two features so my brain "lazies out" if this makes sense.

Allowing our customers the ability to express their thoughts about our factory shops and their experiences with our outlets, as well as allowing customers to easily find our stores.

Easy to work on with simple steps that can get your communications from socials to your customer care team. Able to get updates on communications between customer care team and customers. Able to edit and allocate customer care team on complaints easily.

Sometimes does not populate using names already added on social places, one has to scroll down to find a case but not all the time maybe once or twice instances.

Does not support or integrate with all social media platforms. This would make it a holistic platform to use for a business' enter social media management. You have to acquire additional software for the other platforms that are not supported.

We have a multiple local pages as a brand for our stores nationwide, the platform allows us to deploy content per store, region, and most importantly nationally.

The are assiting with the reviews, Tripadvisor review QR codes. Competition page QR codes, downloads of entries. This makes my job easier as i dont need to print entry forms, its all digital now.

Social Places provide brands they work with, with support, advice and guidance regarding customer focus and brand enhancement. They manage the social aspect of your brand as if it is theirs.

Social places can better educate restaurants about the brands they are affiliated with and their role. GoReviews sometimes filter through incorrectly, so better criteria are put in place to make this process smoother.

It gives more insight of how customers feel, expect and enjoy. It gives them room to vent which also helps us as a business to grow. It shows details on other businesses too. It's informative

Customers should be given the option to also give feedback via voice note and businesses should also be given more time to investigate and resolve.

Social Places helps us manage our reviews from various social media accounts on one platform that is intuitive and extremely user-friendly.  The staff are amazing.

**What do you dislike about Social Places?**

The only downside is that there currently is no integration with posting directly to TripAdvisor which is due to TripAdvisors policies.

With Social Places we are able to get a comprehensive overview of our online reputation and any negative reviews are flagged which allows us to respond immediately.

**What do you like best about Social Places?**

It is nice to have a company such as Social Places available in South Africa. It helps with all digital content planning and reporting. Whenever you need help with the software there is always someone from Social Places available to assist you.

We can focus on our other work while knowing the team at Social Places will take care of our online presence.

**What do you dislike about Social Places?**

I can't schedule videos or carousels for Instagram on the Social Places dashboard. Hopefully, the feature will be added soon. It would also be nice to run Twitter and TikTik with Social Places.

**What problems is Social Places solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever I do not understand a feature of the process of how to do something, they will train me on how to use their services optimally. They are looking into managing other social platforms.

There are none. If there are any issues with pulling the reports, they are quick to assist.

Social places help us look at all our brands and how they are doing on social media and their reputations. We can compare monthly and year on year very quickly. Much easier to pul Social Places reports than from other online platforms.

At the moment nothing. With the new features, one needs to just get the hang of them and everything is ater is smooth sailing. A tour guide would be useful for those that are new.
