Social Kirin is AI comment and DM moderation for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. It hides spam, scam links and abusive comments, replies to common questions in your brand voice, and sends a DM when someone comments "link?" or "price?". It is built for ecommerce brands, creators and agencies that get more comments than a team can read. What you can do - Auto-hide spam, fake giveaways and phishing links - Train replies on your FAQs, products and tone - Trigger DMs from comment keywords - Block your own banned words and competitor names - Send complaints, refund and legal messages to a human - Review what the AI did before you trust it Connect your accounts, add your FAQs, and turn on the rules you want.
