It has tons of features, but that also means the architecture can be quite complex for admins to learn and get comfortable with. What do you dislike about Sociabble?

For example, when creating a challenge, the background color of the page is automatically selected based on the image uploaded, and there is no option to manually choose or adjust the color, which can affect branding or readability. What do you like best about Sociabble?

Before implementing Sociabble, our intranet was a one-way communication channel — leadership pushed content down, and it largely stopped there. Low engagement, limited interaction and no real sense of connection across our global team. Sociabble changed that completely. What we like best is that it turned a passive broadcast tool into an actual conversation. Employees across GSCF's regions and functions are now connecting, reacting, sharing and recognizing each other in ways that simply weren't possible before. The peer-to-peer praise, leaderboards and global rewards features have been particularly effective at building cultural cohesion across GSCF's global footprint - something that's genuinely hard to do in a distributed organization. The AI-assisted content sharing and direct LinkedIn integration have also been a standout — our employees are now brand advocates in a real, organic way, amplifying GSCF's voice externally without it feeling like a mandate. The platform itself is also remarkably intuitive, which made adoption across a global team far smoother than we anticipated. And the customer support and implementation team were exceptional - responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely felt like an extension of our own team rather than an outside vendor. Every question was answered promptly and with real care. Most importantly, it has become our central internal communication platform - the first place employees go when they want to know what's happening at GSCF. What do you like best about Sociabble?

We use Sociabble when it comes to employee communications and it has been awesome. It fast, reliable, and ensures all communications are secure. In addition, the tool also makes employee engagement easy and this promotes teamwork.

We also use Sociabble for employee advocacy and it makes it easy for employees to boost business marketing efforts by sharing company approved content on social platforms.

I like that Sociabble improves our company social selling by taking advantage of employee networks to push our sales through social media marketing.
