Clinicians capture a visit in whatever way fits the encounter — record an in-person or telehealth session (up to two hours), dictate a quick verbal recap, upload an existing audio recording (up to three hours), or paste rough shorthand — and SOAPNoteAI generates a complete, properly structured SOAP note that is ready for review. Every plan is HIPAA-compliant. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, audio recordings and transcriptions are automatically deleted within 24–48 hours, notes are never used to train AI models, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available.
