Since most software comes with licensing, we use the Snow Commander console to optimize our consumption cost from its contextual & precise insights. In our hybrid cloud infrastructure, clarity on resource usage and expenses are obtained as periodic reports from its dashboard. This helps us regulate our budget allocations and forecast our cloud costs for the upcoming quarter. Snow Commander enables end-to-end automation with which we cut down our manual processing & efforts. Based on our policy governance, its Snow Engine process our expenditures across our multiple cloud accounts. **What do you dislike about Snow Commander?** We have recently received approval from our client and started to work on Snow Commander, so we are taking time to explore its functionalities. We haven't had any bad experiences working on its platform. It ensures the allocation of specific software assets for any resource hosted in the cloud & helps understand its expenditures. **What problems is Snow Commander solving and how is that benefiting you?** Snow Commander is a fully-automated platform suitable for our hybrid cloud resource management. It prevents all manual approval staging through its automation features & significantly minimizes provisioning duration. It follows agentless discovery architecture, with no need to install any third-party tools to gain visibility about our cloud resources. Each resource is tagged with our custom definitions, making tracking its performance and expenses straightforward. SAM inventory & asset invoice processing for each cloud account can be streamlined based on our client requirements. Analyzing their insight reports helps us to effectively decommission unused software assets deployed in our hybrid cloud infrastructure. ### 2. In addition to presenting great flexibility in the software, it gives me the power to direct license information. It facilitates excellent monitoring and alerting when the license and contract expires. It should be noted, i can inquire if a software has been used and verify for the utilization review. **What do you dislike about Snow Commander?** It would be ideal to improve the search generator, which presents data problems. It is a bit difficult for me, because I have had to perform manual configurations so that I can operate correctly, it would be good to be able to adjust this function and have good results and make job performance easier in my organization. **Recommendations to others considering Snow Commander:** It is ideal because it provides the different departments of the company to obtain accurate and necessary information, at the time of making appropriate decisions. You can also count on a solid contract management. Extraordinary tool which is designed with an integrated automation, because it makes it easier for the organization to save on labor costs and professional services. **What problems is Snow Commander solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform gives us great performance in our company, because it is a library that is continuously updated with software knowledge firms. Support can take a long time to resolve an issue, which could be potentially impacting your business operations. **Recommendations to others considering Snow Commander:** The product is great, but take into account that you may have long waiting times on support requests so may be worth going via a partner that has a lot of in-house experience rather than direct with Snow. Even when doing that, however, product bugs can take a long time to resolve. **What problems is Snow Commander solving and how is that benefiting you?** Management of Hardware and Software estates. Licensing of applications across multiple organisations with Snow allows easy overviews to complete ELPs and manage the software being used. ### 4.
