Reports customization is the one which I deslike in SNOW atlas because some reports are difficult to make while customizing the required columns.

I really like SNOW Atlas’s friendly interface. The out-of-the-box reports are very helpful as well, especially for licensing with major publishers. The integration with M365 and vCenter feels seamless, and I’ve noticed fewer performance-related lags in day-to-day use. It’s also easy to onboard a new vendor whenever there’s demand from the client. TEven the SNOW copilot AI capability is user-friendly and easy to access. The Software as a Service (SaaS) module is really great. It provides deep insight into the data, sometimes even better than what the SaaS portal itself provides. I also like that it shows the discovery source along with the activity, which makes it easier to understand where the information is coming from. This module provides better reports, and the UI is very user friendly. This module comes with various plugins for integrating different SaaS applications. The support is really robust making the onboarding very easy. AI feature for writing the queries make data retrieval easy.
