Most important is that they're available in online chat, you won't have to wait longer than 2-3 min to start resolving your issues. **What do you dislike about Snov.io?** While uploading my leads list to campaigns they filter those with mistakes or non verifiable emails. And I'm not able to export the list to figure out which leads they've cut. But again their customer support is very friendly and solves this on request in online chat. **What problems is Snov.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Snovio has solved all my outreach needs seamlessly. From finding and verifying email addresses to crafting tailored email campaigns and tracking their performance – it does it all, and it's saved me a ton of time. Plus, they're always updating and improving, showing their dedication to user satisfaction. For over half a year now, snovio has been my absolute go-to for outreach. I'm using it on a weekly basis. We've tried lem previously, but had couple failed campaigns and their customer support is lacking empathy and willingness to resolve our issues with their soft. In a nutshell, if you're into outreach, snovio is your secret weapon.
