Snitcher sorts the information making it very easy to see the company details and even who you should reach out to for the best results. Customer support is amazing and gives free trainings to the whole team. Very easy to use with many implementations. **What do you dislike about Snitcher?** It does not show exactly who visited your website so its difficult to know exactly who to reach out to with a cold call or email. This is due to the GDPR law however and it would be illegal to track who visits your website with personal information. So this is not the fault of Snitcher. **What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?** Who is visiting our website. this helps us reach out to the right people at the right time. ### 2. Everyday, I get a short list of target companies with email addresses for decision makers. Upgraded to a rating 10. **What do you dislike about Snitcher?** Can't bulk delete unwanted data form the daily list. I'm using it daily. It shows a detailed history of those visits - pages, time, and some company info. It gives nice tagging/filtering options. Showing people that work in the revealed company is also nice + the option to reveal their email is a plus. Quick implementation, good support and easy-to-use app. **What do you dislike about Snitcher?** It would be great to have the option to correct revealed companies if you know they are wrong; it's not possible now. We use so many softwares within our digital marketing agency and i can say, albeit still wihtin 6 months of working with them, their support is the best out of any software we use. This is so important to us, as a busy agency, to have knowledgable and proactive suppliers whom add real value to our business and service offering.
