**What do you like best about SNIPP?**

The best thing about snipp was the helpful team we dealt with.

**What do you dislike about SNIPP?**

The least thing helpufll about snipp was the distance barrier.

**What problems is SNIPP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snipp is making our consumer interaction more dodernized and direct with them rather than having just consumer discounts on our products.

**What do you like best about SNIPP?**

I find that the people are overall very pleasant and looking to help however they can. Steven West in particular is an excellent contact who is passionate about delivering what you need.

**What do you dislike about SNIPP?**

Although we have launched our programs on time and successfully, it hasn't been without issues, many of which seemed preventable with a little more communication from the project managers. Though I feel as if Snipp can deliver on the ask, I often feel as if it will take a degree of micromanagement to ensure execution is done properly.

**What problems is SNIPP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's a constant battle of how do we perform consumers promotions consistently with as little lift as possible. If we can setup a process with Snipp that's clear and concise enough, the benefit of working with them will be immense.

Efficiency of the team.  Quick and clear answers.

**What do you dislike about SNIPP?**

No possibilities for shorter delays of giftcards shipments.

It is a centralized solution.  They take care of everything.

The Snipp team proposed some amazing concepts and programs to drive consumer engagement and trial.  Once we chose our options the set-up and execution of the programs was seamless and drove successful results!

**What do you dislike about SNIPP?**

I wish we had more budget to execute the remaining concepts!

**What problems is SNIPP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving trial in croweded categories can be difficult, which is why we employed the help of Snipp to create attention-grabbing programs that captured the attention of consumers and encouraged conversion.

**What do you like best about SNIPP?**

Account servicing c/o Anthony Aguiar is best-in-class. He leads you on the journey from ideation through to activation and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The platform is ideal for CPGs looking to differentiate in-store, and we had very few shopper queries on how to use microsite.

**What do you dislike about SNIPP?**

Could use a workback schedule at the project outset (perhaps something formally created in Excel) to ensure that key dates are met. At program sign-off, am not always sure of when deliverables are required.

A "check list" for graphic designers working through creative assets to ensure that they are submitting all of the components needed (ex: mobile and desk top wire frames, in all languages if needed).

**Recommendations to others considering SNIPP:**

Ask for case studies: the previous examples showed me what Snipp's capabilities were, and how we could make this work for us. Also look into the Basket Data Analysis, which can provide rich insights for your organization!

**What problems is SNIPP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple objectives, including:
-rewarding our shoppers
-building baskets
-leveraging brand partnerships
-encouraging cross-category purchase
-encouraging cross-brand purchase
-enticing shoppers to trade up and across categories/brands in our portfolio

We have realized benefits on all of the above through the usage of this platform; we have been able to find creative solutions regardless of the objective for our various shopper campaigns.

The customer service from the Snipp team is exceptional. They are agile, responsive & solutions drive.

Limitations to the current templated format of the consumer-facing website. Additional gamification elements would be welcome

Nothing that we dislike thus far. We are just now at a point where we we will have to think about ways to enhance our offers over time.
