**What do you like best about Snipit?**

The ease of use overall is better than most heavy-duty editing tools, it allows non-video editing experts like myself to make videos that are of a standard good enough for our customers to see.

**What do you dislike about Snipit?**

The new version takes a bit of getting used to.

**What problems is Snipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SnipIt solved making demo type video creations easier to do in house.
