It helps us to fetch cv/resume quickly and accurately. It helps us keep track of candidates, jobs, interviews, submitted and potential candidates. It has an internal database that keeps your cv safe and in one place. The best thing is that it suggests candidates after writing the job description in it. What do you dislike about Sniper AI? Uploading a candidate's credentials is a natural stress if we can smoothen that, it will give an overall good experience. The problem that sniper AI is solving is like keeping your cv in one place and helping to recruit candidates more effectively and efficiently. It reduces manual work and supports most of the things automated. For example, when we upload a cv, it takes detail from the cv itself like the Name, email and location of candidates. First I hope the notes that providing by the recruiters to the CV comments will reflect to the other recruiters.
