Automated IndiaMART Enquiry Monitoring and Extraction Sniper.AI Pro monitors the IndiaMART seller portal's Recent and Relevant enquiry feeds and runs targeted keyword searches based on the user's configured requirements. It extracts available enquiry information, including requirement titles, descriptions, locations, enquiry age, and stated order values, and records matching opportunities for review. Precision Filtering and Lead Scoring Users can configure positive keywords, exclusion terms, industry presets, geographic targeting, and minimum order-value thresholds in INR. The software filters irrelevant enquiries, detects duplicates, and calculates deterministic lead scores on a 0–100 scale, grouping opportunities into Critical, High, Medium, and Low priority levels based on matching criteria and lead signals. Flexible Contact Claiming Sniper.AI Pro supports a default Dry Run workflow, allowing users to review matching enquiries before spending IndiaMART BuyLead credits. Users can manually claim selected enquiries to reveal available buyer contact information. An optional Auto-Claim mode can execute the contact-claiming workflow within configured limits. Claiming buyer contact details consumes the seller's legitimate IndiaMART credits. Lead Management and WhatsApp Outreach The local Leads Ledger provides a structured pipeline for tracking opportunities, from initial matching and contact extraction to qualification and deal outcomes. The Lead Dossier presents enquiry details, score breakdowns, notes, and outreach actions. Users can export lead records to Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). For follow-up, Sniper.AI Pro generates pre-filled WhatsApp Web messages using buyer and enquiry details. Sales representatives review the prepared message and manually send it through WhatsApp Web. Local-First Data Architecture Sniper.AI Pro stores operational lead records, buyer contact information, targeting rules, and pipeline history on the user's Windows workstation. Its licensing service handles activation and related licensing metadata separately from operational lead data. Designed for businesses with an active IndiaMART seller account, Sniper.AI Pro helps reduce repetitive enquiry monitoring, prioritize relevant commercial opportunities, and bring lead qualification and sales follow-up into one desktop workflow.
