SnipePrice is competitor rate shopping for independent hotels, B&Bs and apartment operators who set their own Booking.com rates without a revenue manager. Add your property, pick your competitors, and SnipePrice collects their Booking.com prices every day, up to 180 nights ahead. Every price is kept, so your market history starts the day you join. The rate calendar shows your price next to your comp set's minimum, median and maximum for every night, with your rank, sold-out competitors and what changed since yesterday. Open any night to see each competitor's price and how it moved as arrival approached. Alerts tell you when a competitor undercuts you, changes a price beyond your threshold, sells out, or when the whole market moves. A suggested rate learns where you usually sit against your market, explains every step in plain language, and always stays between your floor and ceiling. Setup is self-serve and takes minutes: no sales call, no demo, no spreadsheet. A free plan covers one property and up to five competitors, and paid plans are coming soon. SnipePrice is currently in early access.
