Sneek is a must have tools for a remote working users to use as a daily communication center, it is easy to operate, rarely have issues with audio or video, and provide and endless session time for video conference, the session can be keep open for the entire day without time limit. Getting a customer support can be tricky and not satisfied with their respond. There are time when my email support is left unanswered for weeks and not getting issues solved is happening quite often. Not easy for other integration except for Google account for registration process, I wish they can provide integration with project management software like Monday or Asana, it can boost project management collaboration to the maximum if available. Its been months since i started using sneek.io and its pretty much easy to use since i can easily see all my team and start talking at once. I use it everyday because it is so quick to start a chat. I used Google account to sign up but Microsoft works too. You can use it on chrome browser or even on PC application it will just work fine. The support team is quick and easy to talk too. Mostly importantly its even easy to install and start using even for a total beginner. It has many features like Wall of faces, quick video chats and my favorite one setting my status. Sneek work very well with tight-knit team as the video conference is quite unique that it continuously stream the video cam feed of every participant throughout the working day. Users save the time from needing to sent notification or buzzing members to open the video call, they just need to talk to when then want to discuss. Two mode of implementation either from installed desktop software of from smartphone application, both is easy to configure. We use it everyday for instant discussion with team and using Dropbox integration to share and transfer project document securely over the chat settings. Customer support helped us with the integration API because the ready-connect list isn't available yet and need for a custom API, which they provide us pretty quickly.
